Our Shipping Approach
We aim to offer efficient service while keeping things simple and sustainable. To streamline operations and minimize waste, many of our products are shipped directly from trusted suppliers and fulfillment centers.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every order is handled with care and attention to detail.

  • Order Processing Time:
    Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

  • Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
    During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Fee:
    We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.99 for all orders, regardless of location.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since we work with global partners, shipping times can vary by location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

  • Tracking Updates:
    Tracking may take 1–2 business days to update after the label is created. If the tracking information is not updated immediately, your order is still in transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

  • We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Customs fees are rare for small household items, but they do vary by country.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@lkashd2.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once the order enters the processing phase, changes or cancellations are not possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost, we’re here to assist you.

  • Damaged Items:
    If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Lost Packages:
    If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we’ll send you a replacement at no charge.
